Harissa Paste

Bouillon

Fresh Parsley
(chopped)

Juice of Lemon
Instructions
Boil 300ml of water in a saucepan and add the bouillon.
Rinse the bulgar wheat in a sieve and add to the boiling water.
Remove from the heat, cover and leave for 10 minutes. (return to heat for a few seconds if some liquid remains)
Stir the honey, harissa and chopped herbs into the bulgar wheat.
Combine with the tomatoes and chickpeas.
